The printers are using a proprietary concrete mix

If maintained, it would last like a concrete building- a long time. Independent Laboratory testing has shown these structures if properly maintained should last over 150 years.

The exterior and interior of our 3D printed houses can look like anything you may imagine – we can keep a sharp, concrete look (recommended) or add siding, brick or other materials to the exterior and drywall to the interior if preferred. Should you want the concrete style, the concrete is smoothed as it prints leaving a sleek, modern look. We can also add a stucco or popcorn look to the finish.
